Smile Cafe Dental Spa

I love Smile Dental Spa, they’re becoming my routine dentist office after looking for years for a good one. Astrid (one of the lady’s at the front) is amazing, she walked me through all the work that I had to get done as well as payment plans. She made me feel extremely comfortable which made the experience much more easy going as someone who does not like going to the dentist. I would highly recommend this office!

I went in and was not told they are not part of my network. Uft teachers beware, they take Cigna but not our Cigna so I got charged out of network prices for a deep cleaning. I found the place on Zocdoc which had them listed as participating. I thought it was suspect that they didn't do the fillings the same time as the cleaning and when I went back, they were going to charge me 700 for fillings on top of the 1200 (which I thought was too much) that I had paid for the deep cleaning. I even asked the guy at the front counter are you in my network? He went to his computer did some fancy math and tried to explain the prices to me, but then I'm like these look like out of network prices and you're not answering my question. I walked out and I found another place in network. They had to finish the job because the cleaning wasn't done properly and I wasn't charged. As for the fillings, the dentist said she wasn't going to touch it because the fillings I had were fine. She said I should report this place to my insurance after telling her the story. She even rolled her eyes when I told her how much I paid for the deep cleaning and the receptionist at the new place said this place smile caf

I’ve been going to Smile Cafe since 2019 and have consistently always had the best experience with them. The staff is so kind, friendly, and helpful, and always make me feel very at home and comfortable. Additionally, not one dental visit has passed without Dr. Noor making the time to sit down with me and warmly offer his professional expertise to make sure my teeth are as healthy as possible. I already recommend coming here to all my friends but would 12/10 recommend it to anyone else as well.

Fabulous cleaning job ever! My tea stains were removed. I feel great!!!!! I received the most comprehensive latest technology images of my mouth. I am so happy I met them via Groupon! Everyone was so attentive and exceptionally accommodating. Dr. Noor was exceedingly professional and went out of his way to explain his findings and recommendations. I plan to continue using his practice for my dental needs. Highly recommended!!!!!!!!

Dr. Noor is the best!!! I have trusted him with cosmetic work for my FRONT TEETH for years now. His work is that good, that I feel confident trusting him. I think the photos speak for themselves. I highly recommend him for any cosmetic bonding or composites, fixes, and cosmetic work. He has a very good eye and style, and my teeth always look natural after going to him. He replaced and fixed the bonding on one of my front teeth in 2021, and I was lucky enough to get an appointment to go back to him to have it re-done this year (nearly 5 years later). The results (in the photos from right after treatment) speak for themselves and are amazing as usual. He was able to make my teeth match, for the bonded tooth to look natural, ensure the color and shape fit, and gave me a much a healthier alternative to a veneer. Thank you, thank you, thank you, Dr. Noor and all the great staff at Smile Cafe!!!!
